Energy cleanses "Limpias" Come from an Ancient worldview rooted in
Mesoamerican cosmology. We integrate Indigenous practices, spiritual beliefs and traditional medicine to address imbalances and restore harmony while recognizing specific aspects of nature. Limpias can be done with herbs, eggs, vibration and other elements emphasizing a connection to nature as a source of sacred presence. We work with vital energy centers and pathways restoring the flow of energy by revealing and removing blockages that may be impacting a person's well-being.

Tuning Forks~Vibrational Healing
Limpia Barridas
Tuning forks emit frequencies that can recalibrate our body's vibrations encouraging the body and mind to return to optimal functioning and alignment. These vibrations improve circulation and reduce stress levels by activating the detoxification process by boosting the lymphatic system to remove toxins. The use of a singing bowl is also used to draw out vibration and promote relaxation.

Limpias barridas
This is another Ancient and Traditional healing ritual that includes the healing power of flowers. We use Native herbs like Romero and Rosas for cleansing. The herbs are lightly swept on the body. This helps absorb blockages and negativity from your mind, body and spirit while restoring balance and well-being.

Limpia Con Huevo
This is a traditional Mestizaje Ritual. The egg cleanse is used to help absorb and remove any negativity and blockages from your energy field which can disrupt your Aura. It gives you a feeling of lightness and peace helping to purify the body, mind and spirit for your total well-being.
